IRI Colombia participated in working meetings of the Escucha la Amazonia alliance, contributing to the preparation of conceptual documents and analysis of the government plan of the candidate Federico Gutiérrez. The purpose of the Escucha la Amazonia alliance is to carry out high-impact advocacy activities with the presidential candidates in order to ensure that the protection of the Amazon and its restoration become a substantial part of their government programs.
