IRI Brazil publishes Op-Ed in Comunhão Magazine

IRI Brazil has published a well-received op-ed on faith-based environmental leadership in the magazine Comunhão. The magazine has invited regular contributions going forward from IRI Brazil, which will help translate climate and rainforest stewardship into pastoral language and everyday practices in churches nationwide.

Comunhão magazine is one of the largest Christian content platforms in Brazil, with over 28 years of history and a strong presence among the evangelical audience. Founded in 1995 and owned by Grupo Next Editorial, the magazine has a multiplatform reach that includes print, digital magazine, news portal, radio, podcasts, and social media. Its mission is to inform, inspire, and serve the Christian community with content that combines biblical fidelity, social relevance, and editorial responsibility. Comunhão reaches an estimated 40 to 50 million evangelical Brazilians, with the website receiving hundreds of thousands of visits per month and the group’s social media channels totaling millions of views per quarter.

The print edition has national circulation and is widely distributed in churches, events, and Christian communities. The magazine also stands out for balancing pastoral sensitivity with journalistic excellence and for investing in editorial technology. Part of the Next Editorial communications complex, based in Vitória (ES), Comunhão also operates through Rádio Comunhão, with FM and online broadcasting, and is continuously expanding its digital presence with the production of videos, podcasts, and regional content. Its credibility, reach, and ability to dialogue with different Christian segments make it a strategic reference for initiatives that seek social mobilization, values formation, and positive impact on the Brazilian evangelical public.
