During December, IRI Peru launched two new local chapters – IRI Iquitos and IRI Caballococha. The events included the participation of 45 people. Iquitos is the capital of the department of Loreto and the seat of the regional government and all regional state powers. Caballococha borders Leticia in Colombia and Tabatinga in Brazil.
