On 8 May, IRI DRC participated in a meeting of experts on agricultural reform, which aimed to present recent achievements on agricultural reform and to finalise the Contribution Note to the Six Commitments of the President of the Republic. Some key outcomes of the meeting were recommendations for the development of a civil society policy note on two proposals for a law on agriculture, as well as the identification of Parliamentarians to collaborate with in advancing advocacy efforts for the promotion of green agriculture and the protection of forests.
