During a meeting of the Climate Observatory Network (OC), IRI Brazil held a screening of the Amazônia Viva film for over 100 socio-environmental organizations. At the end of the meeting, several organizations expressed interest in incorporating the Amazônia Viva film in their activities throughout the country. In the same vein, the OC coordination group requested the support of IRI Brazil in the development of a mobilization strategy for religious and faith communities. Additionally, IRI Brazil participated in the panel on Climate, Culture, and Religion, through which it presented the work it has been carrying out for the protection of forests and the rights of Indigenous Peoples, as well as the challenges in engaging religious and faith communities in addressing the climate crisis.
