During the Vocare Congress 2024, IRI Brazil held a screening of the Amazônia Viva film to 240 young Evangelical leaders. IRI Brazil also conducted a workshop on the engagement of churches in caring for the climate and forests from a faith perspective. IRI Brazil’s participation in the event produced several opportunities, including plans for the development of an online tool for solid waste management of religious institutions, and access to a network of influencers who are committed to strengthen awareness-raising efforts. Also, IRI Brazil was invited to participate in the annual meeting of Missão Além, which brings together Brazilian Christian leaders to evaluate and provide recommendations on the main agenda of national institutions throughout the year. Vocare also expressed its commitment to support IRI Brazil in with The Right to Breathe Clean Air campaign.
