IRI Brazil advanced a new collaboration with the Brahma Kumaris religious community in São Paulo, joining a gathering of around 30 leaders working on spirituality, well-being and social transformation. IRI Brazil presented its approach to linking faith, science and public policy, and screened Amazônia Viva and Amazônia Forever to deepen understanding of the Amazon’s climate, social and spiritual significance. The meeting opened a concrete agenda for collaboration, including Brahma Kumaris participation in future scientific immersions, film screenings in different cities and spaces, and joint awareness events for religious leaders and communities. By building relationships with additional spiritual networks, IRI Brazil is widening the circle of faith actors prepared to speak and act for forests and climate stability.
